A. Service

This website provides a service solely for the purpose of social media promotion. You will not upload any nude materials or any material that is not acceptable or suitable for a social media community. Intentional misuse of the system will have consequences. Service delivery may occasionally be delayed beyond the time stated on the order page. Please do not worry, the order will be delivered soon. Late delivery does not entitle you to a refund. The amount you purchase is not guaranteed. It may be more or less, please contact us if it is less.

The customer assumes 100% of the risk. We are not responsible for any consequences that may occur from using our service. In some cases, people may unfollow after a period. Orders will be refilled free of charge up to the warranty period (as stated in the service). Followers, likes, and subscribers may be inactive. Once the service is delivered, we cannot reverse the service.

B. Services

1. Digital Digix Agency is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other company or its affiliates in any way.
2. You are responsible for complying with the rules of social media platforms and any applicable laws. You use Digital Digix Agency at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not liable if your account is banned for any reason.   
    
4. We request your username to obtain the necessary information for the social media API. We do not store, disclose, or distribute your username in any way to any third party.
5. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed in any way.
6. We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the services.
7. Customers are responsible for ensuring their accounts are set to “public” while using the Digital Digix Agency service. Any service disruption related to the customer changing their profile to “private” will not result in any refunds for that time period.  
   
    
8. You agree that when purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute through the payment processor.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our service or any of its contents at any time without prior notice and without liability.
10. It is your responsibility to check if the terms have changed.
11. If your account information is incorrect, we are not responsible in any way.

C. Disclaimer

Digital Digix Agency shall not be liable for the suspension of an account or the deletion of content on social media platforms. Digital Digix Agency does not provide any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, for the services we provide. Because we use the internet to deliver our services, we cannot guarantee the timeliness or availability of our services.

D. Limitations

In no event shall Digital Digix Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Digital Digix Agency website, even if an authorized representative of Digital Digix Agency has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
