General Warranty Policy

    • All digital services purchased from Digital Digix Agency are guaranteed for the full duration of the subscription, with the exception of certain products and services.
    • To benefit from warranty services, please make sure that the product includes the full warranty period, through the product description, as each product differs from another in terms of the warranty period.
  • Warranty services for products and subscriptions provided by third-party service providers are not the responsibility of Digital Digix Agency.
  • This includes service interruptions, unavailability of specific content, and discrepancies in subscription content. Customers should contact the service provider directly for any issues or claims outside of our scope.

To guarantee the highest levels of service, Digex Agency stores offer their own guarantee on some products. For warranty details, please visit the product page on the Digix Agency website.

  • General Warranty Terms:

1-Repair time: Repairs for covered issues will be completed within a maximum of 14 days.

2. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the service, but does not cover product replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

1- Misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided in the product manual or online resources.

2-Loss of password, email, account information, or subscription links, as this is the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Repair attempts by unauthorized service providers.

  2. Operating system failures or software malfunctions, whether caused by customer-installed applications or pre-installed applications.

  3. Erasure of operating system files, hard drive partitions, or damages caused by viruses.

Products without a specified warranty policy in the product manual or on the website.

These terms apply to all Digital Digix Agency stores. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
